Day 2

Today will be much the same as the first. Continue exploring the city. Gosh, it just seems to go on forever. Or maybe you're lost?

You'll also notice that it doesn't really feel like time passes here. There is no sunrise or sunset or any visible celestial bodies for that matter. The light is what it is.

A note on the Sphinxes - yes, that is what they are called, even though there is...nobody to around to actually tell you that lmao, although the connection might be easy to make. If there is any character around that knows their mythology, remember that sphinxes are traditionally connected with knowledge and riddles. ;)

At some point should people be concerned about sleeping? Setting up camp? Anything? Is there any place to even DO that?

Not really. I'm playing fast and loose with the flow of time here, so by the time the kidnappees back it will probably not feel like you've been gone as long as you have. Mostly because camping will slow the storyline down too much. You can assume, if you like, that the group has stopped every so often to rest, since physical fatigue is still a thing, but I won't be making any sections for it during the plot.
